Exchanges and Refunds

If Dance Arches are not what you had in mind or the size is wrong - please contact us at enquiries@dancearches.com.au and send them back to us within two weeks of your receipt and we will happily exchange them or provide a refund for the product net of freight charges. The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours, but we will cover the cost of delivering any replacement back to you.

The product must be returned new in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition for a full refund or exchange.

Warranty

We will warrant your Dance Arches to be free of manufacturing defects. Any slight variations in the silicone attachement will not affect the performance of the product. We cannot warrant against misuse or rough handling. Please follow the care and fitting instructions in the packaging. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace them at no cost.
